Stay as long as you like

It is located between Athens and Corsicana on hwy 31 in East Texas. There are large mature oak trees all through out the park. There is also an onsite manager.

There is a  Club House for your use. Laundry. Our rates are very reasonable, so stay a day, a week , a month or as long as you like.

We have sites with full hook ups in a nice quiet setting. We also offer access to free Wi-Fi for your convenience. Also close by is a full grocery store, pharmacy and gas stations.
